Join our Team

Women in Sport continues to strive towards changing the game and levelling the playing field for women and girls.

As a small but authentic team, we are ambitious in our aims and inspired to make a real and positive difference for women in sport and society, our driving purpose in all we do.

We’ve come a long way in our 40 years, but there is more to do. If you want to support our cause, now’s the time. Interested?

Women in Sport is committed to a working culture where everyone can be authentic and true to themselves. We strive to represent the full diversity of the communities we serve.

We value the quality and diversity of thought that is only possible from a team made up of individuals from a broad range of backgrounds, who can each bring their different experiences and perspectives.

For this reason, we encourage applications from men as well as women and welcome applications from people from a wide variety of ethnic, cultural, religious and socio-economic backgrounds. Similarly we welcome applicants with disabilities, of any age, and irrespective of sexual orientation.
