As the UK’s leading campaigning women’s sport organisation, fundraising is an essential part of what makes Women in Sport’s mission possible. We want to help create a world in which everyone can experience the transformative power of sport and exercise. How to fundraise for Women in Sport
Fundraising for Women in Sport can take many forms. From participating in a running event and asking loved ones to donate to raise money for Women in Sport to taking part in a challenge event, the options are endless – and we love to see them all!

The most important step when raising money for charity is to get the word out about your project. Why fundraise for Women in Sport?
Whether you are passionate about playing your own sport, want female athletes to receive the same pay and treatment as their male peers, or are passionate about getting girls active, Women in Sport is here to help.
We have been campaigning for the rights of all women and girls within sports for almost three decades. Our work covers everything from increasing the number and treatment of women in sports management and bolstering the reputation of female athletes, to encouraging the most underrepresented girls and women in the UK to get active.
Over the years, we have seen some huge successes, from helping to shape the legislation that ensured every sports organisation must now have at least 30% women in leadership positions. Click here to find out about our work and our impact.
