In the speech, Infantino told women “you have the power to change” and “convince us men what we have to do.”
We believe that the responsibility to stamp out sexism and inequality in sport should not lie only with women.
Our CEO, Stephanie Hilborne OBE is quoted in the i, saying “it shouldn’t be up to the women to raise concerns about any human rights there might be with any investor. There’s a tendency to think that the women are going to keep us on the straight and narrow, rather than there actually being leadership in that decision making.”
